Lincoln City’s Coastal Climate and Your Fireplace
Lincoln City’s weather patterns create unique considerations for fireplace maintenance. The heating season typically runs from October through April, with occasional use extending into early summer during cool coastal evenings. Average temperatures range from the mid-40s in winter to the mid-60s in summer, meaning your fireplace gets substantial use compared to inland areas.
The Pacific Ocean’s proximity brings persistent moisture that can affect gas fireplace components. Salt air accelerates corrosion on metal parts, while humidity can impact electronic controls and pilot systems. Our cleaning protocols specifically address these coastal challenges, protecting your investment from premature wear.

Excellent work. Our fireplace is working perfectly now.
Great service! Very professional and thorough.
Pretty happy with the service overall. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, did a good job cleaning out the fireplace and explaining what he was doing. My only complaint is they were about 30 minutes late (they did call ahead tho) and the price was a bit higher than I expected - about $185 for the basic cleaning. That said, the fireplace is working great now and looks cleaner than it has in years. The glass especially looks amazing. He also pointed out that our thermocouple might need replacing soon, which I appreciated the heads up. Would probably use them again next year.
